Artists to gather at Norwich’s Spring Art Show
Published: 29 January 2026

Creatives from across the East of England are preparing to descend on Norwich as the city’s popular Spring Art Show returns this March.
Taking place at the Forum in the heart of the city centre, the Spring Art Show will showcase work from more than 50 artists, featuring an eclectic mix of styles and art forms. The exhibition is a longstanding fixture in Norfolk’s arts calendar and attracts thousands of visitors each year.
Organised by Norwich-based artist Brian Korteling, the exhibition will run from 11 to 15 March in the Forum’s light-filled Atrium, with all artworks available to buy and take away on the day.
“It’s such a lovely space to show work”
Brian Korteling said: “It’s great to be returning to the Forum for this year’s Spring Art Show. It’s such a lovely space to show work, with so many people using the building for different reasons you never know who you might meet.
“We are still accepting applications to exhibit but we already have some fantastic artists lined up for the exhibition, some have shown with us before and others are new to the Spring Art Show.”
Artists already confirmed include Norfolk graphic designer KasGrafik, photographer Walter Conquy, palette knife painter Lowenna Dan and printer Safi Butler.

Abstract seascape artist Corrin Tulk, who works in oils, said the exhibition offers an early opportunity to present new work. “The Spring Art Fair is one of the first opportunities of the year to showcase a new body of work, often created during winter hibernation!
“I look forward to presenting bold abstract seascapes in oil inspired by the changing coastline of East Anglia… The Spring Art Fair as a whole offers visitors a vast selection of styles in this naturally lit venue, which is actually rare to find!”
“I am excited to be showing brand new artworks”
Sophia Shuvalova will also be exhibiting, showing new pieces alongside her signature mythological works. She said: “It is a pleasure to be exhibiting at the Spring Art Show this year and to be a part of this vibrant exhibition in the heart of the city alongside other talented artists.
“I am excited to be showing brand new artworks, including a fresh addition to my signature mythological oil paintings and drawings on wood, as well as new works of Norwich and affordable limited-edition prints.”

Bungay-based artist Paul Zawadzki is another returning exhibitor. He said: “I am always delighted to be included in the Spring Art Show. The Forum is such a lovely venue, and the exhibition is a perfect place to show off my artwork to visitors, as well as providing opportunities to talk to prospective customers about my practice.
“I will be showing part of a new range of contemporary landscapes together with a couple of old favourites and I look forward to seeing you there!”
Danielle East, who creates Cyanotype images using sunlight and natural forms inspired by the Norfolk countryside and coastline, said the show reaches a different audience. “The Spring Art Show, one of my first events of the year, always reaches a slightly different audience for me and in a slower paced setting where people get to take it in, and amongst such a diverse range of artwork.
“I have been creating Cyanotypes in all sizes since the last Show and exposing under different conditions so this will be an underlying theme to what I’ll be showing.”
Applications remain open for artists wishing to take part. More information for artists and visitors can be found on the Spring Art Show website at www.springartshow.co.uk.
