Bright colours and big smiles at Kinsale Infant School’s fundraiser

Pupils chose the theme for a special fundraising event at a Norfolk infant school taking part in this year’s BBC Children in Need fundraiser.
The school council came up with ‘Challenge yourself to go crazy in colour’ – which was certainly the case at Kinsale Infant school in Hellesdon. Bright clothes, neon socks and colourful hair were all on the agenda.
“As a school we are always looking at how we can support both local and national fundraising efforts. Our children are always super keen to take part in anything fun and creative that also brings awareness and much needed funds to worthwhile causes like Children in Need,” said Office Manager Marie Clarke,
“Our school council takes great pride in coming up with ideas for the theme and we have loved seeing our school glow with colour,” she added.
The school, a member of the Wensum Trust, hopes to raise around £100 for the charity from the event.
